These terms govern your use of Intro Connect. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Hosts are responsible for having a basis to add the attendees they invite.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Intro Connect offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly, plus a per-event option. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active through the period you paid for.
Hosts own their event data and attendees own their profiles. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If you cancel a paid plan, your past events stay live for 60 days so attendees can still access them. After that, your data is exported to you and the directories are taken offline. Free-plan directories stay live for 30 days per event.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Intro Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
